In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 By accessing the jetx99 Platform for any purpose — including browsing odds, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or using any tool or feature — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and jetx99. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms.

2.3 jetx99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version is always published at jetx99.com/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jetx99.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a jetx99 Account or to place any Bet. jetx99 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the jetx99 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or using the identity of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. jetx99 may, at any time, request documentation to verify the accuracy of your registration details. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified by jetx99 may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the jetx99 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jetx99 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legally permissible in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.

3.5 CNIC Verification. As part of the KYC process, jetx99 requires Pakistani players to provide a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number and, where required, a scanned copy of the CNIC before withdrawal requests are processed. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Accounts.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetx99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes delivered to your registered mobile number.

4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. jetx99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 You must notify jetx99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Upon receiving such notification, jetx99 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.

4.4 jetx99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, SMS OTP two-factor authentication, trusted device management, and automatic session timeout to protect Account security. Notwithstanding these measures, jetx99 makes no warranty that the Platform is entirely free from security vulnerabilities.

4.5 jetx99 reserves the right to lock an Account at any time if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending verification by our security team. Players affected will be notified via their registered contact details.

5.1 All deposits to a jetx99 Account are denominated and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a specific alternative currency is stated on the Platform at the time of transaction.

5.2 jetx99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are published on the Cashier page of the Platform.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your jetx99 wallet upon confirmed receipt by the Platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected within 60 seconds of confirmation by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank settlement schedules.

5.4 jetx99 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for their applicable charges.

5.5 All deposited funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted. Any third-party deposit detected will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.6 jetx99 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction, particularly where the transaction amount or pattern is inconsistent with normal Account activity.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once full KYC verification has been completed on your Account. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager, but withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete.

6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name and, where applicable, previously used to fund your Account. jetx99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Verified Accounts with withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on a business day will ordinarily be processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on weekends will be processed on the next available business day, subject to payment provider schedules.

6.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are published on the Cashier page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to review the current limits before submitting a withdrawal request.

6.5 jetx99 may, at its discretion, request additional KYC documentation before processing large withdrawal requests or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account balance.

6.6 jetx99 will not be liable for delays caused by payment provider technical issues, interbank settlement delays, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

7.1 All Bets placed on the jetx99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.2 Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jetx99 system, it may not be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Player, except where jetx99 explicitly offers a cash-out facility on that specific market and the Player exercises that facility within the permitted window.

7.3 jetx99 reserves the right to void any Bet — and to recover any winnings paid in relation to a voided Bet — where: (a) a palpable error in odds has occurred; (b) the event to which the Bet relates is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption; (c) the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) technical error or data provider error resulted in incorrect market information being displayed.

7.4 The maximum payout on any single Bet or combination of Bets is subject to the limits published on the Platform. Winnings above the published maximum payout for a given market will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the theoretical winning amount.

7.5 The outcome of all casino games and virtual sports offered on the jetx99 Platform is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. jetx99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.6 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of jetx99 or its data providers. Bets placed during a period where the market was technically open but where the result was already determined may be voided at jetx99's discretion.

8.1 jetx99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and Super Wheel prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over this general clause in the event of conflict.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus credit.

8.3 Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are kept in separate ledgers within your Account. Bets are ordinarily placed from Real Money Balance first unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.

8.4 jetx99 reserves the right to withdraw any unclaimed bonus or promotional credit that has remained inactive for more than 30 days from the date of award.

8.5 Any Player found to be abusing the jetx99 bonus system — including through multi-accounting, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or collusion with other players — will have their bonus entitlements revoked and may have their Account suspended without prior notice.

8.6 jetx99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform wherever reasonably practicable.

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetx99 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Placing Bets in furtherance of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity in relation to a sporting event.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by jetx99.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting that takes advantage of pricing errors or technical anomalies.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jetx99 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access restriction, or self-exclusion control implemented on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of evading applicable restrictions.

9.2 Where jetx99 reasonably believes that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all pending and settled Bets placed during the relevant period, and forfeit any Account balance pending investigation and recovery of affected funds.

9.3 jetx99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, and sporting integrity bodies. We will disclose Account information and transaction records to such authorities without prior notice to the Account holder where required or permitted by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

10.1 All content on the jetx99 Platform — including but not limited to the jetx99 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, game content, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jetx99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jetx99 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jetx99 Platform without prior written authorisation from jetx99. Unauthorised use of jetx99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetx99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jetx99 Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

11.2 jetx99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jetx99 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 jetx99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from all threats. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. jetx99 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 jetx99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Personal data collected by jetx99 is used for Account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where consent has been given — marketing communications. jetx99 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

12.3 jetx99 retains Account records and transaction data for the periods required under our international gaming license and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Requests for data deletion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and may be subject to regulatory retention obligations that prevent immediate deletion.

13.1 jetx99 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Downward adjustments take effect immediately; upward adjustments are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Minimum self-exclusion periods are 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.
• Reality Check: Pop-up reminders showing time elapsed during a gaming session.

13.2 Players who have self-excluded from the jetx99 Platform must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new Account, using another person's Account, or accessing the Platform through a VPN. Such conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of any balance.

13.3 Players who are experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to visit our Responsible Gaming page for additional support resources and information on professional assistance available to Pakistani players.

13.4 jetx99 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming controls on any Account at its sole discretion, without requiring the Account holder's consent, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that continued unrestricted play poses a risk to that player's financial or personal wellbeing.

14.1 jetx99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published at jetx99.com/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated.

14.2 Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, jetx99 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause), no advance notice is required.

14.3 Your continued use of the jetx99 Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

15.1 You may close your jetx99 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the settlement of open Bets will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15.2 jetx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Business decision to cease operations in a particular jurisdiction.

15.3 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, jetx99 reserves the right to void all pending and unsettled Bets and to forfeit any Account balance as partial or full remedy for losses caused by the breach, subject to applicable law.

15.4 Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive the termination or expiry of any Account and these Terms.

16.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jetx99's international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the laws of Pakistan.

16.2 Internal Complaints Procedure. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact jetx99's customer support team at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking. jetx99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

16.3 Independent Dispute Resolution. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal procedure, you may refer the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated under our operating license. Details of the applicable ADR provider are available on request from our customer support team.

16.4 The English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all disputes regardless of the language in which any communication or transaction took place. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes is non-binding.
